Have you ever wanted to know what it feels like to do 42 X 3 min, I don't know what you'd call them, above MAP (max aerobic power) intervals...in just three days?? Yeah, I didn't think so..hehe..and no, you don't really want to know. I'm pooped, and after 3 days of resting up, I'm gearing up to do them all over again. Anyone interested in joining me for a round, I'd more then love the company. Likely place is Edworthy Hill, but I'm open to other options.
