Yeah, recovery is definitely what's needed after doing that crazy 42 X 3 min intervals twices. I'm on day 5 of recovery after my second set and finally starting to come around. Nothing like a couple of days of sleeping in and coffee rides to get things back in order.
Tomorrow I'm off to Toronto for my first Canada Cup of the season. I've already missed the first two in Baie St Paul and Mt Tremblant, Quebec to which teammate Emily Batty is totally rocking the series. It's going to be awesome chasing her around Hardwood Hills. On a side note, it's great to see the women's field is really competitive this year on the Canada Cup series.
